Yesterday, Saturday, June 3, we were in a wonderful place in the province of Bizkaia, to teach an IAM Meditation course for young people between 10 and 15 years old. Seventeen girls and boys attended, all of them related to the Amalurra community.
The course and the coexistence were as beautiful and enriching, as the place where we were.
We thank all those who are helping us so that this wonderful technique created by AMMA, specific for this age group, reaches more corners of Spain and is accessible to many young people.
